My background

My educational background was in Hospitality Management, Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management from Hotel Institute for Management Switzerland. Prior joined Plaza Indonesia I was working at Grand Hyatt Jakarta last position as Director of Catering Sales & Convention. Joinedt Plaza Indonesia in October 2004, For almost 12 years working here at Plaza Indonesia it has been a very wonderful and fulfilling experience.


What i learn

I am proud to be part of the Team in such a well known company where Plaza Indonesia as a pioneering premium shopping center in Indonesia, and continues to innovate and improve its services and ongoing commitment to providing the best to customers and tenants. Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center has become second home to me.

My role is to overseeing Departments Tenant Commercial Relations, Customer Service and Service Quality Assurance, Managing and ensuring all the staff deliver the brand promise and provide exeptional service at all times to Customers and Tenants. Building good relations with the Business owners and Shoppers/VVIP Customer part of my daily activities. Actively give commercial support to tenants to help their business to growth more in Plaza Indonesia.

Every day I have the opportunity to work with different subjects part of it to organize educational seminar and training as well as conducting Service Excellence Training for Internal Staff also Shop's Frontliners.
